それ聞いて安心したよ。でも、実は、ちょっとがっかりしてるんだって言わなかったら、うそになる。
I am relieved to hear it, but I mean, I'd be lying if I didn't say I was a little disappointed.

Food
I guess It's custard puding thing... sprinkled with powdered sugar on it, and The powdered suger are broiled by brulee baner.
You know? I love a smell of broiled suger cooked untill it melts and become kinda brown....I can't waite it for desert..
Tarte? Torte, Iguess its Latin, and Up-side-down apple pie ...Mmm... Genelary Apple pie has crust out side, and sweet apples are inside. but this torte, crust would be at base, bottom, like Pizza, and sweet apples are on the top, May be they dont use cinnamon which we use to taste on Apple pie... but anyway, I can't wait, I'm dying for that....
It taste like bitter, Untill you get use to them, You might say it harsh...
This is sunomono, Japanese malinade. It's tart. Octopus and cucomber s are mixed with salt and ricevinegaer. Very healthy food... Oh, and, If you cock them with Lemon instede of Rice vineger and add some sperior olive oils and garlic, It turns into tasty real Marinade!

Energy savings
Small Steps:
I have several ideas for energy
conservation in small steps.
Actually they aren’t my originals though.
Anyhow I'd like to focus on how to reduce the total amount
of energy consumption of our company.
Because it brings up cost down naturaly.
For example
How about introducing new work time
indivisualy.
Change the work time 9to5 into 8to4… an
advance in schedule of only 1 hour wouldn’t be big probrem on bussines.
I think New elevator is efficient for enargy saving.
It need amount of badget for construction,
but It will work out cheper in the long run.
beside, Our Elevator is getting old and Maintainance payment are incriesing step by step

Work from home
OK, first of all, I’d like to
mention from my point of view,
as a CEO. I made a decision to introduce
Telecommuting to my company,
because I thought that It is only one
of flexible work arrangements.
Others include flextime, compressed workweeks,
and job-sharing.
and also,Telecommuting work arrangements have a variety of forms, depending on the needs of associates and employers.
Part-time telecommuting associates include editors and designers who often work as freelancers. these works are good much with Telecommuting
Full-time telecommuting associates (four to five days per week) work as "virtual teams" who assemble electronically from a variety of physical locations to solve business problems.
There may be special requirements for full-time teleworkers (e.g., training or years of work experience).
Some teleworkers have probrems of social isolation, so it is important for the company to maintain some type of social contact with teleworkers.
In some cases the only communication between managers and
associates is via e-mail or telephone. I don't think its good....
I’m not saying that to indroduce telecommuting
work arrangement is a right dicision for every company.

Working from home
★telecommuting:
To work from home making use of the information technology, such as internet, e-mail,faxmily and others.
★maternity leave:
an employee benefit that provides paid or unpaid time off work to care for childbirth.
To leave one's job temporally for childbirth, more brodly it is included parental leave.
★pros and cons
In this skit, It means advantages and disadvantages or
merits and defects. I'd like to know if I can use this expression for
controversy or dispute....
such as There have been a big controversy in Japan about exiting of US army base in OKINAWA.... there are many pros and cons here.
★I'll give it a thought
looks like This is a useful expression for leaving or conclude a difficult issue topic, also maybe convenient to delay making decision, and procrastination.

I'll Give It Some Thought
"I'll give it some thought." That's one of my favorite expressions. It's nothing original, nothing new, just a vague proclamation I've recently pushed to the limits of usefulness. Like making stacks of "open later" mail and coding e-mails in "respond later" colors, "I'll give it some thought" is a well-intentioned procrastination tool which--when paired with a slight chin-tilt and brooding nod--provides a polite delay:
Mom: "How are you keeping track of your taxes for next year? Don't you think you should get an accountant?"
Me: "Hmm. That might be wise. I'll give it some thought."
Bob the Landlord: "Are you still planning to move that old mattress out of the basement? It's a fire hazard. Do you want me to hire someone to carry it away for a small fee?"
Me: "Yes, that mattress has seen better days. It's no doubt blocking the walkway. I'll give it some thought."
Me: "Why don't you spend the entire day arranging every item of clothing you own into three piles: Love It, Hate It, and Haven't Worn It in Three Years? Then dispose of all but the first pile."
Me2Me: "How industrious of you to think of such a plan! I'll certainly give it some thought."
Sometimes, though, it is necessary to maintain an appropriately cheerful flow of chatter rather than putting the lid on a conversation with a handy five-word catchall. This can occur when on a semi-blind date, for instance, or when dining with one's grandparents at a Chinese restaurant. On the dates, I tend to revert to three topics:

たくさんの男を泣かせたでしょう。
You must have broken a lot of men's hearts back then...
説得し続けた....違うってね。でも
I keep trying to convince myself It's not....
I've been trying to convince him, It's not a time to start new business. But..........He doesn't listen to me.
I've been trying to convince my son to not quiting job now But.....He doesn't listen to me. He seems consider living in another country.
お願いだから、バカな事しようとしないでね!
Oh please, Tell me you're not going to thinking of doing anything stupid. OK?
いやならやめても良いのよ。理解するから。
So if you want to back out. We'd understand.
理由を思い出してきた。
I'm starting to remember why I began study English.
話すのは嫌だが、それしか仕事を進める方法が無いからなあ。
I don't like that I have to talk to boss. But I don't know how else to handle this isssue.
I know you hate that you have to talk to your mam about this probrem. But you don't know how else to get rid of this.
賛成しないな。十分な準備なしでビジネスを始めるのは。ギャンブルだよ、オッズの悪い。
I don't agree with starting new business without enough preparation.
It's like a 50/50 gambling, those are lousy odds.It might be less than 50/50.
but all that aside, if you know all risks and think they're worth it.
リスクも解った上で、やる価値があると思ってるんだね
You know all risks and think they're worth it.
A maxim of Benjamin Franklin
The man who trades freedom for security does not deserve nor will he ever receive either
