Genelary Apple pie has crust out side, and sweet apples are inside. but this torte, crust would be at base, bottom, like Pizza, and sweet apples are on the top, May be they dont use cinnamon which we use to taste on Apple pie... but anyway, I can't wait, I'm dying for that....

This is sunomono, Japanese malinade. It's tart. Octopus and cucomber s are mixed with salt and ricevinegaer. Very healthy food... Oh, and, If you cock them with Lemon instede of Rice vineger and add some sperior olive oils and garlic, It turns into tasty real Marinade!
